Shipping

Our products are shipped from warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong. The shipping warehouse depends on stock availability at the time of your order. Logistics are automated via Shopify to ensure fast and efficient order processing.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. During high-demand periods or sales, processing may be slightly extended. Your estimated shipping time will be confirmed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on your location, excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays. Times are approximate and may vary based on local delivery conditions.

VIKTO ships to select territories. Orders destined for countries within the European Union will be automatically refused. Please refer to our Terms of Service for the full list of sales restrictions.

Duties & Customs

We cover all customs duties and import fees on your behalf for all destinations we ship to. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. VIKTO ships on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — your purchase price is fully all-inclusive.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of your location within our shipping zones. No shipping fee will be added at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking is updated within 24–48 hours of shipment and is available at all times on our Track Your Order page. Please check your junk mail if you have not received your tracking email.

If your tracking shows no information after 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, allow an additional 1–2 business days for the carrier system to update. If there is still no update after 5 business days, contact us at [COMPLETEAZĂ — ex. contact@vikto.com].

Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost. Contact us at [COMPLETEAZĂ] and we will resolve the situation promptly. We reserve the right to request carrier confirmation before processing a reship.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours at [COMPLETEAZĂ] and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error on the customer’s part, we will issue store credit once the package is received back at our warehouse. We are not liable for additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect address.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us at [COMPLETEAZĂ] with the subject line “CANCELLATION”. Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible and our standard return policy applies.

Delays & Force Majeure

VIKTO shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, or carrier disruptions. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed.
