45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 45-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your VIKTO product within this period, contact us and we will issue store credit equal to the full purchase price, valid for any future order on our store.

Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any product in our store.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 45 days of delivery.
Please note: - Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — we do not provide prepaid return labels - Original shipping fees are non-refundable - Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted - Custom, personalized, bulk orders, and gift cards are not eligible for return - We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal use or misuse - We cannot process returns for orders with issues caused by factors within your control, such as incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
All approved returns are issued as store credit to the original account email.
Store credit is processed within 14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or item, contact us at [COMPLETEAZĂ] within 45 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
We package every order carefully to prevent damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost. We do not replace or issue store credit for items damaged through normal use, wear, or misuse.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellations and modifications are permitted within 6 hours of purchase. As we process orders quickly, this window is not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier.
Fraud Prevention
We verify billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions for unusual activity. We may request additional verification to confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud and notify the customer accordingly.
Color Disclaimer

All refunds and store credit are issued in USD, the original currency of purchase. Customers are responsible for any fees related to currency conversion.
